RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately at this time The Untamable Collection will not be accepting returns. However we will be accepting exchanges & store credit.
Please contact us to exchange acceptable items with in a week of receiving your package.
Any exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags attached & free of any makeup stains, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke & perfume.
If an item is marked down/ on sale, it will be final sale and we will not accept an exchange unless the product comes damaged. The following items will also be final sale: all hair accessories/ hats, jewelry, body suits, swim suits & intimates.
Upon arrival we will inspect the product sent back & if the guidelines listed above are not followed it will be denied. —If you would like the product to be sent back upon denial, you will be held responsible for cost of shipping.
The Untamable Collection is not responsible for shipping charges, therefore we recommend choosing a method with tracking as we will not be able to accommodate to lost packages.
